KAMDHENU ISPAT LIMITED entered into capital
market in 2006 to invite public participation in raising funds in order
to give effect to its expansion plans. The Initial Public offer was
for the issue of 1,28,00,000 Equity Shares for cash at a price of Rs.
25/- each. The IPO has been a success for the company and the share
equities have shown consistent performance both at the NSE and BSE.
